Fee is an ambitious design featuring the Samoan Octopus which has an interesting and intricate body shape. In this design, the artist focused on the tentacles or legs of the octopus and its swirl like shape reminiscent of the Ocean Wave or Galu. The idea is flow and movement and in the background is the sea foam and air bubbles which come from the movement of the octopus as it glides through turbulent waters.
